Witty SEM is a semaphore system that utilizes the same precise timing technology as the basic Witty system for agility and cognitive training. Semaphores are “turned off” when an athlete waves their hand in front of them – each time a SEM is “turned off”, the time is recorded. Unlike other on/off reaction lights, the Witty semaphores can display stimuli in multiple colors and characters, allowing us to create different levels within the same test - increasing the demand on the athlete’s recognition and processing required to complete each task. Witty SEM are also programmed with several tests from the Brain HQ platform, that allow us to baseline and train our athletes’ cognitive function.
